We at New Gift Centre strive to ensure that every product you receive brings a smile to your face. However, if something goes wrong, hereβs how we handle returns and refunds.
π« No Returns on Customized Products
Most of our products are made-to-order (including photo gifts, mosaic frames, name prints, etc.), and hence we do not accept returns unless:
The product is damaged during delivery
You receive the wrong product
There is a major defect or quality issue
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
π¦ Damaged / Wrong Product Received?
If your order is:
Damaged
Misprinted
Not as per your customization
We will either:

Replace the product free of charge
or

Issue a full/partial refund based on the situation
Conditions:
Provide an unboxing video or photos as proof
Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order
π Return Process
If approved for return:
Our team will coordinate pickup (if applicable) or request you to courier it back.
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the replacement or refund process.
πΈ Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5β7 working days after approval.
For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund is applicable only if some advance amount was paid.

Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for refund or return.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the provided evidence (photo/video) is missing or manipulated.
