❌ Cancellation Policy

At New Gift Centre Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation policy:

🕒 Order Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the production or dispatch process hasn't started.

  • Once the customization process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

🎁 Custom/Personalized Products

Since most of our products are made-to-order (especially photo frames, name prints, mosaic gifts, etc.), they cannot be cancelled once the design or printing process has started.

💸 Refund on Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is not applicable unless advance payment has been made.

📲 How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order, kindly reach out to us via:

Mention your order ID and reason for cancellation.

🔁 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations in cases of:

  • Fake orders or suspicious activity

  • Custom orders already in production

  • Last-minute requests just before dispatch
