  • Orders must be prepaid unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.

  • For custom orders, work will begin only after full or advance payment is received.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 5–8 working days.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to natural causes, courier issues, or holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. 🔁 Return & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received a damaged or wrong product

    • A major defect is found

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Customers must check spellings, names, and images before confirming custom orders.

  • We are not liable for errors in customization once the design is approved or submitted by the customer.
